COAM +10 Prize is awarded by the Official Association of Architects of Madrid (COAM) to buildings that have best withstood the passing years since their construction, due to the quality of its architecture, its design, construction, conservation and maintenance .

Por una parte, se ha apreciado el respetuoso ejercicio de rehabilitación en un edificio con unas preexistencias tan potentes como atractivas: tanto la cubierta inclinada de teja reutilizada como la fábrica de ladrillo se integran naturalmente, sin estridencias. Por otra parte, el resultado de la intervención es una arquitectura intemporal, donde el programa se ajusta con precisión y se demuestra un uso contenido de materiales, texturas y colores (acta del premio)
