Ángela García de Paredes (Paredes Pedrosa Arquitectos) invited to the session “Reuse” at the Master of Advanced Studies (MAS) in Collective Housing (MCH), organized jointly by UPM Madrid and ETH Zurich.

The project Sketch for Syria will kick off next January 17 with an exhibition at the IUAV School in Venice, organized by IUAV with the collaboration of the Aga Khan Award for Architecture. Paredes Pedrosa is one of the 132 architects from 26 different countries who have taken part in the collection of ideas and concepts.
Lugo Auditorium among the nominated works that the European Commission and the Fundació Mies van der Rohe have announced for competing in the 2017 European Union Prize for Contemporary Architecture – Mies van der Rohe Award.
The Jury members will shortlist 40 projects and select the 5 finalist works which they will visit in April. The process will culminate with the Award Ceremony on May 26 at the Mies van der Rohe Pavilion,
Ángela García de Paredes receives the Doctoral Thesis Extraordinary Prize at Madrid School of Architecture of the Technical University of Madrid, with her thesis: “The architecture of José M. García de Paredes. The vision of a work”.
Ceuta Public Library selected as one of the 5 finalists in the first edition of the Simon Architecture Prize “Living Places” organized by Mies van der Rohe Foundation, in the category “Collective Places”. The winner will be announced next December 22 of 2016 in a granting ceremony at the Barcelona Pavilion by Mies van der Rohe.
Ignacio G. Pedrosa (Paredes Pedrosa Architects) invited to take part in the final jury of the design course “Tracce Opposte. Isla Mayor” of “Atelier Sanchez Garcia” design unit at Accademia di Architettura di Mendrisio. December 22.
