Ceuta Public Library in Jofebar’s Building Views book
PanoramAH! Jofebar will be launching their new book “Building Views”, published by Circo de Ideias, featuring among other projects our work Ceuta Public Library, with a specific text by Bac Gordon.
This first public presentation of the book will focus on Richard Neutra’s architecture and his contribution to the development of sliding glass doors and windows Architecture critic Jorge Figueira and the editor of the book Carlos Machado e Moura join the conversation. This is the first of a series of conferences/debates that compose the national and international programme of presentation of the book, being each one of the sessions dedicated to different moments of the technical and architectural history of the window and including different guests.

Ceuta Public Library finalist in mies simon prize
Ceuta Public Library selected as one of the 5 finalists in the first edition of the Simon Architecture Prize  “Living Places” organized by Mies van der Rohe Foundation, in the category “Collective Places”. The winner will be announced next December 22 of 2016 in a granting ceremony at the Barcelona Pavilion by Mies van der Rohe.

Ceuta Public Library awarded with  Premio Arquitectura +S
Ceuta Public Library has been awarded with “ARCHITECTURE + S” prize  for sustainability within the framework of  “Arquitectura con eÑe”  first edition awards. With the participation of: CSCAE, Veteco, Asefave and COAM.
The award ceremony will be held at 17:00 on Thursday, October 27  in LAPLAZA – IFEMA within the event “Arquitectura con eÑe – ePower&Building”.
