Last Monday January 8 took place the official presentation of paredpedrosa’s proposal for the construction of the Assisted Living Homes in Son Martorell, Mallorca.
WATERWORKS international workshop studio

Paredes Pedrosa Arquitectos will coordinate the international workshop studio of the Canadian School ASAU (Azrieli School of Architecture and Urbanism) from Carleton University in Ottawa. The Studio titled “WATERWORKS” that will be held at ETSAM Madrid, will work around the relationships between architecture and other arts with WATER as the core concept. ASAU ETSAM
Design competition for Assisted Living Homes in Son Martorell
Paredespedrosa’s design “LLARS” wins the first prize among 45 anonymous entries in the design competition for assisted living homes building in Son Martorell – Mallorca organized by the Conselleria de Serveis Socials i Cooperació (Consorci de Recursos Sociosanitaris i Assistencials de les Illes Balears).
Four months after the closing ceremony of W.A.Ve. 2017 – Syria the Making of the Future, we are happy to share the publication of the book series.
The W.A.Ve. 2017 Book Series Presentation will take place on December 6th 2017 at 12:00 am in the Università Iuav di Venezia Cotonificio Auditorium. The launch of the book series will be marked by a short introduction given by the curator and the editor of the volumes.
We want to thank and congratulate all W.A.Ve. 2017 team and Incipit Editore for their great work and effort.
Our project Lugo Auditorium has been awarded as 3rd finalist in the ENOR Architecture Awards 2017. The jury’s decision with the awarded works, and the presentation of the book of the seventh edition of the Enor Awards, will take place in the month of November 2017.

Ceuta Public Library in Jofebar’s Building Views book
PanoramAH! Jofebar will be launching their new book “Building Views”, published by Circo de Ideias, featuring among other projects our work Ceuta Public Library, with a specific text by Bac Gordon.
This first public presentation of the book will focus on Richard Neutra’s architecture and his contribution to the development of sliding glass doors and windows Architecture critic Jorge Figueira and the editor of the book Carlos Machado e Moura join the conversation. This is the first of a series of conferences/debates that compose the national and international programme of presentation of the book, being each one of the sessions dedicated to different moments of the technical and architectural history of the window and including different guests.
